Vituperative Venezuelan

Some men are just nasty. As expected, there's something very wrong with the Venezuelan. He wanted to chat chat chat (via messenger), and I dislike chatting except as necessary to keep up with friends/family that are far away. Why on earth would I want to do it with someone who ostensibly lives in the same city? Having lost patience, I sent him a variation on the message to the Peruvian, replacing option 1 with 'not enough time' and #4 with 'all not being what it seems'. Couldn't help adding that it doesn't seem like a good idea to offer a total stranger money over the Internet (which he did, apparently misunderstanding something I'd said in a chat to mean that I have money troubles, which I don't). In addition to the possibility that he might be a precocious boy of 13 or some bored old lady in New Zealand, I pointed out that I could be a thief scamming money on the Internet, not to mention the ugliest dwarf in the world.

Well, my (admittedly unconventional and certainly sarcastic) humor does not always translate particularly well cross-culturally. I got a vituperative message attacking my mental health and exhorting me to "be a better person". I'm hardly in a position to comment on the mental health part, but honestly, anyone nearing 40 years old who still feels entitled to such an exhortation, apparently without the least bit of embarrassment, rather makes me shudder! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the full story out of this one. Married/girlfriended, I suspect, which leads me to wonder if what he was after was, perhaps, Internet sex?

I have to say that my experience with venezuelan girls is much better than your´s with the boys... as usual women looks to be better....

Another thing I disagree with you... Berlin yes it´s sexy... or maybe is b´case I just know Berlin from the Love Parade. I used to go there some years ago while I was living in Sopot (Poland)... I believe me... so hot, so sexy.

Regards from Valencia (at least for the moment)

Vagamundos, I'm afraid since 2003 the Love Parade was held in Berlin only once (2006), and has been permanently moved out of Berlin for the future. Soccer (Futból) Summer in Berlin, 2006 by all accounts broke through the Berliners' normal reserve (and cold weather) for a time; by all reports it was hot, chaotic, and sexy. Unfortunately that vibe was all over by the time I arrived in late September 2006. I made it back to San Francisco for Love Fest in 2007, however, which was a lot of fun.
